Job Summary:

The Guest Relation Executive is the face of Raya Spa and Haveli Spa, delivering a warm, professional, and seamless experience for every guest. The role involves welcoming guests, understanding their schedules, recommending suitable wellness treatments, coordinating spa operations, and driving revenue through exceptional service and effective sales.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and a personalized service approach, ensuring a premium spa experience.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while managing appointments, walk-in guests, billing, payments, and guest records.
• Provide accurate information on spa therapies, treatments, wellness packages, memberships, and ongoing promotions.
• Assess guest schedules and recommend suitable treatments based on available time before flight departures or transit connections.
• Coordinate closely with spa therapists to ensure timely service delivery, efficient room allocation, and smooth operational flow.
• Monitor flight timings and assist in scheduling treatments to ensure guests complete their services comfortably before boarding.
• Promote spa services, wellness programs, and retail products to enhance the guest experience and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of reception presentation, cash handling, inventory coordination, daily reports, and administrative documentation.
• Address guest inquiries, special requests, and service concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene and sanitation standards, guest confidentiality, and airport terminal security protocols.
• Coordinate with airport operations and lounge teams for guest assistance, access procedures, and service-related support.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, treatment schedules, and guest waiting areas.
• Be proactive in learning about spa therapies, wellness treatments, products, and service techniques to confidently guide guests and support therapists when required.
• Stay updated on new spa treatments, wellness trends, and product knowledge through internal training and continuous learning initiatives.
• Work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, in a fast-paced airport environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, Aviation, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12 years of experience in luxury hospitality, airport lounges, premium hotels, luxury spas, aviation, or guest relations.
• Experience in luxury customer service is highly preferred.
