To organize train and supervise the restaurant stewards in maintaining high standards of service to guests.
To inspect table layouts and supervise service on his particular station.
To develop restaurant sales through setting high standards of service to guests.
To acquire thorough knowledge understanding of the menu to aid in optimum selling.
To continually strive to develop and increase restaurant sales.
To ensure maintenance of service equipment and furniture in the restaurant .
