Role Description This full-time, on-site Guest Service Associate – Front Office role is based at Lemon Tree Hotels in Haryana, India. The individual in this position will welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out processes, and ensure a smooth and efficient front office experience. Daily tasks include handling reservations, responding to guest queries, coordinating room assignments, and maintaining accurate guest records. The role involves working closely with other hotel departments to address guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and support overall service standards. The Guest Service Associate is expected to uphold brand values, follow established procedures, and contribute to a friendly, professional lobby environment.

Qualifications

• Strong guest interaction skills, including Guest Services and Guest Service capabilities to ensure a positive, personalized experience.
• Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a calm and solutions-focused manner.
• Knowledge of Reservations processes, including booking management, room allocation, and basic billing procedures.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise professionally with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Previous experience in hotel front office or hospitality operations is preferred.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel property management or reservation systems is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
