Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers and site visitors professionally.
• Coordinate and manage customer site visits and appointments.
• Explain project features, amenities, and basic property details.
• Coordinate with Sales, Presales, and Site teams for customer requirements.
• Maintain visitor records, feedback, and daily reports.
• Follow up with customers after site visits and support lead conversion.
• Handle customer queries and ensure a positive site experience.
• Maintain professional standards at the sales office/site.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service and relationship management.
• Good presentation and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
• Pleasant personality and professional approach.
