Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) - Yashoda Hospitals - Hitech City

Role & responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors at the hospital.
• Handle patient and visitor queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Guide patients and attendants regarding hospital services, departments, and procedures.
• Manage OPD tokens, registration queues, and doctor appointment schedules efficiently.
• Guide patients to diagnostic labs, billing counters, and pharmacies for a swift journey.
• Address basic concerns and escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with patients and families.
• Collect patient feedback and exit surveys to ensure service quality standards.
• Support the hospital team in maintaining a positive patient experience from entry to exit.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English to converse fluently and confidently with patients, attendants, and medical consultants.
• Professional, responsible, well-organized, and proactive approach with strong coordination, prompt follow-ups, and high attention to detail.
• Graduate degree holder.
• Strong active listening, deep empathy, and proven de-escalation skills to handle anxious families, long OPD wait times, or billing grievances diplomatically.
• Polished professional presentation, high grooming standards, and basic computer skills.
