Head Guest Relations (Automobile)

Experience: 5–10 years
Industry: Automobile / Automotive Dealership

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Guest Relations team.
• Ensure excellent customer experience across the showroom.
• Manage walk-ins, enquiries, customer feedback, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and CRM teams.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor team performance, MIS, and customer satisfaction.
• Train and motivate the GR team to achieve business and customer experience goals.

Requirements:
Good communication, leadership, customer-handling, and team management skills. Automobile dealership experience preferred.
