Guest Relations Executive

Job Summary

A growing business / client assignment is looking for a Guest Relations Executive based in Delhi NCR. The role involves regular interaction with guests, clients, corporate contacts or event stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• enquiries, proposals, bookings, follow-ups, coordination with internal teams and vendors, and making sure the customer experience remains smooth from first conversation through delivery.

Requirements

• We are looking for someone organised, responsive and comfortable taking ownership when several conversations or activities are moving at the same time.
• The expected experience range is 0-4 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
• Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply where their customer-facing, sales or relationship experience is relevant.
