Guest Relations Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a pleasant, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to manage and enhance the experience of guests and visitors at our organization.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, a professional and presentable personality, and preferably have experience in the Hospitality industry.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Guest & Visitor Management

• Welcome and assist guests, visitors, clients, and senior management in a professional manner.
• Ensure a warm, pleasant, and seamless experience for all guests and visitors.
• Manage visitor appointments, registrations, and coordination with internal teams.
• Guide visitors to the appropriate meeting rooms or departments.

Front Office & Reception Management

• Manage the reception and front office area efficiently.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain visitor records and ensure adherence to visitor management procedures.
• Ensure the reception and guest areas are always well maintained and presentable.

Guest Coordination

• Coordinate meeting arrangements, refreshments, and other guest requirements.
• Support senior management and teams in handling VIP guests and important visitors.
• Coordinate with Administration, Facilities, Security, and other departments for smooth guest management.

Communication & Service Excellence

• Handle guest queries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and hospitality.
• Address visitor concerns and coordinate timely resolution.
• Ensure professional communication and etiquette at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 35 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Hospitality, or Customer Service.
• Candidates from the Hospitality / Hotel industry will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Pleasant personality with a professional and presentable appearance.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle guests, visitors, and senior stakeholders professionally.
• Good coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
