Guest Relations Executive (F&B) -Female

Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and guest-oriented Guest Relations Executive - FB to provide exceptional service to guests and ensure a memorable dining experience across our FB outlets.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
Handle guest seating, table allocation, and reservations efficiently.
Maintain strong guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist guests with menu information, recommendations, and special requests.
Coordinate with the FB Service, Kitchen, and other departments for smooth service.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
Maintain awareness of VIP guests, regular guests, special occasions, and preferences.
Conduct regular table visits to ensure guest satisfaction during their dining experience.
Support the team in maintaining high standards of service, grooming, hygiene, and hospitality.
Assist in coordinating special events, celebrations, and guest requests.
Maintain professional communication and positive guest interactions at all times.
Collect and communicate guest feedback to the concerned department.
Ensure all guest-related information is handled with confidentiality and professionalism.

Excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-service orientation.
Confident, presentable, and well-groomed.
Ability to handle guest complaints and difficult situations professionally.
Good coordination and multitasking abilities.
