Guest Relation Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Welcome and greet prospective customers visiting the project site and ensure a professional first impression.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and property expectations.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer interactions and effective lead handovers.
• Manage customer registrations, walk-in records, and visitor databases accurately.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits, appointments, and follow-up meetings.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update relevant details in the system.
• Ensure the reception and customer interaction areas are presentable and welcoming.
• Address basic customer queries and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Follow up with prospective customers, wherever required, to gather feedback and support the sales process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and satisfactory site visit experience.
• Adhere to company policies, customer service standards, and professional conduct guidelines.

Educational Qualifications and Experience :

• Candidates who have completed their HSC or are pursuing/completed graduation may apply.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, front office, or real estate will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should possess good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Candidates must be comfortable working at real estate project sites.
