Guest Relation Executive

JOB ROLE: GUEST RELATION EXECUTIVE (GRE)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Guest Welcome & Check-in: Greeting guests and assisting them during the check-in process.

2. Guest Experience: Ensuring guests have a smooth, comfortable, and hassle-free stay.

3. ID Verification: Collecting and verifying guests valid government-issued ID proofs as part of the check-in process.

4. Guest Feedback: Collecting feedback from guests during checkout.

5. Guest Testimonial Videos: Capturing videos of happy guests sharing their stay experiences, with their consent. You must inform guests that these videos may be posted on our Instagram and Facebook pages and obtain their permission before recording and publishing.

6. Timings: 09:30 am to 01:30 pm (IST).

7. Work Locations: Hebbal, Electronic City, Bannerghatta Road, Hosa Road, Sarjapura Road

PACKAGE INFO:

1. Fixed Pay: 3,000 Per Month (Part Time Job)

MONTHLY GUARANTEED INCENTIVE INFO:

1. Greeting Guest and ID Verification and Collection: 50 Per Check-In.

2. Getting 5 Star Ratings in all booking platforms such as Airbnb,

Booking.com, MakeMyTrip: 100 Per Check-Out.

3. Happy Guest Testimonial Videos: 150 Per Happy Guest Testimonial Video.
