Role & responsibilities :

• Welcome and assist customers/visitors at the project site.
• Coordinate and manage site visits.
• Explain project details, amenities, and construction progress.
• Handle customer queries and complaints.
• Coordinate with Sales, Construction, CRM, and other teams.
• Maintain visitor/customer records and reports.
• Follow up with customers and ensure good customer satisfaction.
• Assist in events and handover activities.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Graduate with 13 years experience in customer service/real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.
• Willing to work at project/construction sites.
