We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our hospital team.

Position: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
Location: STAR Hospitals, Nanakramguda, Financial District, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and attendants with a warm and professional approach.
• Handle patient queries and provide necessary guidance regarding hospital services.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth patient movement and service.
• Assist patients with appointments, billing, diagnostics, and other hospital-related services.
• Address patient concerns and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
• Maintain high standards of patient experience and customer service.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, Telugu & Hindi preferred
• Prior experience in hospitals / healthcare / customer service will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
