Guest Relation Executive

We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous and customer-focused Concierge to be the first point of contact for customers and ensure a warm, premium experience at KALKI Fashion.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers with a warm and professional approach.
• Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate Fashion Consultant.
• Manage customer appointments, enquiries and waiting areas.
• Coordinate with Fashion Consultants, Store Manager, Stock and Alteration teams.
• Support VIP, bridal and high-value customers with personalised assistance.
• Ensure smooth customer movement and a premium in-store experience.
• Handle basic customer queries and escalate concerns when required.
• Maintain customer records and support follow-ups where required.
• Ensure the reception and customer areas are clean, organised and presentable.
• Maintain excellent grooming and professional communication at all times.

Requirements

• 14 years of experience in premium retail, hospitality, luxury, fashion or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with strong customer-handling abilities.
• Well-groomed and confident.
• Service-oriented and proactive approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
