Guest Relation Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in clients at the Sobha office/site.
• Provide detailed information about the project and address all client inquiries.
• Assess customer needs on-site and relay relevant information to the STM.
• Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Ensure effective communication and support for client requirements throughout the visit.
