Guest Experience Executive - Events

HumanConnect Services is supporting one of our clients with this requirement. The role of Guest Experience Executive - Events involves hands-on work across events, including planning and executing assigned activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining timely follow-ups, and ensuring a professional experience for customers, guests, audiences, clients, partners or team members as applicable.

• maintaining records and updates
• preparing or supporting content and reports where required
• coordinating schedules
• stepping in on operational requirements during busy periods

• Candidates with 0-3 years are welcome to apply.
• The role is based in Delhi NCR / Mumbai / Bengaluru.
• HappinessCue may also be involved in selected assignments where the role connects with its platform, content, events or partner ecosystem.
• The ideal candidate should have clear communication, good judgement, a professional approach and genuine interest in the field.
• Shortlisted candidates may be asked to share a portfolio, writing samples, photographs of previous work, or complete a short practical assignment depending on the role.
