GTM Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our team as GTM (Go-To-Market) Trainees. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, market research, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing go-to-market strategies for products and services.
• Conduct market research and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Support lead generation, prospecting, and outreach activities.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other internal teams.
• Maintain lead databases, track customer interactions, and prepare reports.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to growth objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA graduates may also apply.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Interest in business development, sales, marketing, and market research.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.

Work Location

Hyderabad, Telangana.

Compensation

20,000 per month during the 1-year training period, with an opportunity for full-time employment at up to 4.5 -5 LPA, subject to performance and company requirements.
