About the role:
Unframe is looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract and help us continue scaling our GTM teams across EMEA and the US. This person will play a key role in hiring exceptional GTM talent while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across EMEA and the US.
- Build strong sourcing strategies and proactively engage high-quality passive candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, interview processes and hiring plans.
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle, from first outreach through offer stage.
- Act as an excellent ambassador for Unframe, clearly communicating our mission, culture and opportunity to candidates.
- Bring structure, pace and organisation to the hiring process in a fast-moving scaling environment.
What we are looking for:
- Strong GTM recruitment experience, Proven sales hiring experience
- Experience recruiting across both EMEA and the US.
- Excellent sourcing skills, with a proven ability to identify, engage and convert passive talent.
- Strong hiring manager management skills, with the ability to build trust, challenge where needed and collaborate effectively.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple roles in a high-paced scaling environment.
- A hands-on recruiter who can roll up their sleeves, jump in from day one and is excited to join a fast-growing AI company.
