Description:

The Sales Intern (Growth) will support artha.link's sales and business development efforts, focusing on expanding creator and partner relationships in an on-site, full-time role based in Surat. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to creators and potential partners, and assisting in presenting the value of creator-led hiring. The intern will help manage basic sales pipelines, follow up on inquiries, and support onboarding and training for new users. The role also involves collecting feedback from customers, collaborating with the growth and product teams, and contributing to sales campaigns and community engagement activities.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage creators, partners, and community members effectively.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and follow-up.
• Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management support skills to assist in onboarding users and maintaining organized sales processes.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM or spreadsheet usage, and basic data tracking; prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or startups is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for the creator economy, community-driven products, and learning modern growth and sales techniques.
