Role Description We're hiring a founding GTM Engineer who will own GTM execution for RevMozi's early customers. You'll sit inside customer accounts, defining ICPs, building lists, running enrichment, and executing outreach on their behalf using the RevMozi stack. Think of yourself as an embedded GTM operator - part consultant, part technical operator, part customer success. This is a hands-on, high-leverage role for our first cohort of customers. What you build and learn here will directly shape RevMozi's product roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for each customer based on their market, past win data, and stated goals
- Build and maintain account + prospect lists using RevMozi as well as various other contact database tools
- Run multi-source data enrichment (firmographic, technographic, contact-level) and manage dedup logic
- Ability to use AI intelligently to scrape needed information and enrich & score the accounts and contacts
- Set up and execute outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn, including sequencing, personalization at scale to get highest possible reply rates
- Monitor campaign performance (reply rates, acceptance rates, meeting-booked rates) and iterate on targeting and messaging based on the data and A/B tests
- Troubleshoot deliverability and platform issues (mailbox health, suppression states, connector setup)
- Act as the customer's day-to-day point of contact for all things GTM execution, translating their goals into concrete list-building and outreach plans
- Feed learnings back to the RevMozi product team - what breaks, what customers actually need, where the platform should evolve
What We're Looking For
- 1-4 years of experience in a GTM, sales ops, demand gen, or SDR/BDR-adjacent role with real hands-on list building and outreach experience
- Direct experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly/Smartlead/similar, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or comparable GTM tooling
- Comfort working with data - can look at a spreadsheet of enrichment output and immediately spot what's wrong or missing
- Strong written communication for crafting outreach copy that doesn't sound like everyone else's
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts at once without dropping details
- A builder mentality - comfortable in ambiguity, since you're often defining the process as you go rather than following a playbook
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup or in a customer-facing GTM/CS role
- Basic scripting + scraping ability (Python) for automating enrichment or data cleanup tasks
