We are looking for a hands-on GTM Digital Marketing Expert to build and execute B2B digital marketing and demand-generation initiatives for an IT services company.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B lead generation, demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
• Plan and execute Technical SEO, keyword strategy, content and backlink/authority-building initiatives.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads and performance marketing campaigns.
• Implement and monitor GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console and Looker Studio reporting.
• Improve website conversion rates, organic visibility and bottom-of-funnel landing pages.
• Develop content for websites, blogs, case studies, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Use AI tools and marketing automation to improve lead generation, research, personalization and reporting.
• Track MQL/SQL, campaign performance, qualified pipeline, conversion rates and ROI.

Mandatory Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
• Strong practical experience in SEO + Google Ads + Meta Ads.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM and Google Search Console.
• Experience in B2B lead generation/demand generation.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to marketing.
• Experience using AI tools/marketing automation for marketing workflows.
• Candidates must be comfortable working onsite from Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Preferred: IT services/B2B technology marketing, ABM, CRM/RevOps, AEO/AI-search visibility and experience working with North American markets.
