GST Executive

Bhakti Dedhia & Associates, a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Navi Mumbai, is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented GST Executive to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns

• Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation and review input tax credit

• Scrutinise GST ledgers and prepare supporting workings

• Follow up with clients for data and supporting documents

• Handle GST registrations, amendments and related compliances

• Assist in drafting replies and compiling documents for GST notices

• Maintain client-wise records and statutory compliance trackers

• Independently manage assigned files and meet filing deadlines

Candidate profile:

• B.Com, M.Com or equivalent qualification

• 1–3 years of practical GST experience

• Independent experience in filing GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B

• Working knowledge of GSTR-2B reconciliation, Excel and accounting software

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ownership of work

• Prior experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm is preferred
