GST & Income Tax Assistant

Aashish Jain & Company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented GST & Income Tax Assistant to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C.
• Assist in GST reconciliation, including GSTR-2B vs purchase records and ITC reconciliation.
• Assist in handling GST notices, replies, assessments and departmental correspondence.
• Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, companies and other taxpayers.
• Assist in preparation of TDS returns, computation of TDS and related compliance.
• Support in tax audit, statutory audit and accounting assignments.
• Maintain proper documentation and working papers for GST and Income Tax compliance.
• Assist in preparation of tax computations, reconciliations and financial statements.
• Coordinate with clients for collection of required documents and information.
• Stay updated with changes in GST, Income Tax, TDS and other applicable tax laws.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• Good understanding of GST and Income Tax fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/Tally.
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in GST, Income Tax, accounting or CA firm experience will be preferred.
