We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient GSA-Housekeeping to join our team in Pune, India. As a Guest Service Associate specializing in housekeeping, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces according to established standards and procedures
• Properly use cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals while adhering to safety guidelines
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping matters
• Restock guest room amenities, linens, and supplies as needed
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness, functionality, and maintenance issues
• Report any damages, deficiencies, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain organized storage areas and manage inventory of cleaning supplies
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
• Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
