Key Responsibilities Market Research Growth Intelligence

• Conduct market research across pharmaceutical, healthcare, AdTech, and digital ecosystems
• Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, market gaps, and emerging growth opportunities
• Track competitor activity, product positioning, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies
• Develop market sizing and opportunity analyses

Strategic Initiatives Business Growth

• Support leadership in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities
• Assist in developing strategic growth plans for new products, verticals, and partnerships
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams on growth initiatives
• Translate market insights into actionable recommendations and business strategies

Pitch Narratives Strategic Storytelling

• Develop client-facing presentations, industry POVs, case studies, and market insight decks
• Create compelling strategic narratives and pitch materials
• Support RFP responses, strategic proposals, and leadership presentations

Competitive Intelligence

• Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, messaging, partnerships, and product innovations
• Build intelligence dashboards and strategic trackers for leadership visibility
• Identify differentiation opportunities and white spaces in the market

Collaboration Execution

• Partner with internal teams to align growth opportunities with product capabilities and market demand
• Participate in brainstorming sessions around GTM strategy, positioning, and market expansion
• Support leadership with ad hoc research, analysis, and strategic projects

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent from premium institutes only
• 2 6 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear strategic insights
• Understanding of healthcare/pharma digital ecosystem preferred
• Good experience in using AI tools
