Maison Attire Club is an exclusive wardrobe management membership offering wardrobe digitisation, personalised styling, weekly lookbooks, expert garment cleaning, storage, and convenient pickup and delivery.

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Growth Strategist to lead marketing, strengthen brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and build scalable growth strategies. The candidate will own marketing initiatives, manage the external marketing agency, and deliver measurable outcomes in an early-stage business environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Building

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
• Build brand awareness through effective messaging, campaigns, content, and relevant digital platforms.
• Plan monthly and quarterly marketing calendars, budgets, and campaign priorities.

2. Digital & Performance Marketing

• Drive Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media, remarketing, and other relevant marketing channels.
• Optimise campaigns to improve reach, qualified leads, conversions, and marketing ROI.
• Identify new digital platforms and scalable audience acquisition opportunities.

3. Content & Influencer Marketing

• Own content strategy across social media, website, email, and WhatsApp.
• Plan and execute influencer collaborations, seasonal campaigns, and customer testimonial initiatives.
• Ensure consistent brand communication and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

4. Agency & Campaign Management

• Manage the external marketing agency end-to-end, including briefs, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and performance reviews.
• Evaluate agency recommendations, identify performance gaps, and drive timely corrective action.
