Growth Specialist

Wire Wings builds websites, mobile apps and software for fine jewellery businesses, with deal sizes ranging from ₹2,00,000 to ₹40,00,000. Our enquiries are healthy, but conversion into signed deals is below where it should be. We are hiring a Growth Marketing Lead who will be personally accountable for closing that gap.

This is not a lead-generation role. It is a revenue-ownership role. If your background is D2C or low-ticket ecommerce marketing, this is not the right fit, the buying psychology at this ticket size is completely different.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose why qualified leads stall or walk away before closing, and fix it
• Build proof assets, case studies, ROI framing, comparison material, sales decks, that our sales conversations are currently missing
• Set up lead qualification so sales time goes to buyers who are actually ready
• Work directly alongside the sales team on live deals
• Own revenue closed and influenced as the primary success metric, not leads or reach

Requirements

• Proven experience marketing a product or service with a long sales cycle and ticket size of ₹1L+
• Track record of building something a sales team actually used to close a deal
• Experience with lead scoring or qualification systems
• Comfortable working closely with sales, not from a separate marketing function
• Able to speak in specifics and numbers about past results, not generalities

Compensation

₹80,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month fixed, plus a performance incentive tied to closed revenue
