Growth Product Manager - Fintech & AI Scope

About The Opportunity A fast-moving fintech company operating at the intersection of financial services and artificial intelligence, building AI-driven investment, research, and trading products for retail and institutional users. We solve real trading and portfolio problems using predictive models, personalization, and data-driven growth levers to scale user acquisition and engagement across India.

Role & Responsibilities

• Define and own the growth product roadmap focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization—set KPIs and measurable targets for each stage of the funnel.
• Design, launch, and analyze high-velocity growth experiments (A/B, multi-variant, gated rollouts); convert learnings into product changes that move core metrics.
• Partner closely with engineering, data science, and design to deliver AI-driven personalization, signals, and onboarding flows that increase activation and retention.
• Instrument and maintain analytics and dashboards to monitor funnel health—cohort LTV, CAC, churn, conversion rates—and present insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to scale paid and organic channels, referral and influencer programs, and lifecycle CRM campaigns.
• Document growth playbooks and scale repeatable acquisition & activation patterns; mentor junior PMs and ensure cross-functional execution excellence.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

• Proven product ownership of growth or engagement metrics in a consumer fintech or SaaS product.
• Hands-on experience running experimentation and conversion optimization programs.
• Strong analytical background with SQL-based analysis and funnel/cohort measurement.
• Experience partnering with ML/AI teams to ship personalization or recommendation features.
• Comfortable translating data insights into product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
• On-site availability in India and experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Experience scaling paid acquisition channels and optimizing unit economics (LTV:CAC).
• Prior exposure to trading, wealth-tech, or capital markets products.
• Background in instrumentation and analytics tooling (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4).
