The Mandate

Your job is to treat digital attention as a repeatable engineering problem. Your role spans four phases:

- Analyze: Pinpoint the client's business goal, identify exactly who the target audience is, and map where they spend time online and what they consume.

- Blueprint: Turn those insights into a concrete content strategy. Break down exactly what hooks, pacing, and formats will capture and hold their attention.

- Execute: Project-manage the production pipeline. Orchestrate internal teams and external creators, serving as the final quality check before anything goes live.

- Optimize: Track real business results. Run continuous feedback loops to fix underperforming content and improve the strategy until milestones are hit.

The Persona

You treat human attention and platform recommendation engines like an engineered puzzle. Compulsively analytical yet culturally fluent, you don't rely on guesswork; you possess the creative intuition to know what makes a human being stop scrolling, while having the rigor to break that down into structural variables like retention curves and pacing hooks.

The Bar

Our selection criterias are unapologetically narrow. We are looking for early-career professionals (1-3 years of experience) who combine top-tier pedigree with absolute functional competence.

Education:

- An undergraduate degree from a premier, tier-1 institution with a brutal selection filter (e.g., SRCC, St. Stephen's, SSCBS, IITs, BITS, or elite global equivalents).

Experience:

- 1-3 years within a high-performance, execution-heavy environmentsuch as an Analyst at an MBB consulting firm, or a growth/performance strategist at an elite digital ecosystem (e.g., Tilt, Schbang, Pocket Aces).

Systemic Thinking:

- You look past the aesthetics of content to see the math beneath it. You treat platform algorithms as non-linear systems to be mapped, deconstructing media into raw data to isolate the exact retention curves, pacing metrics, and behavioral triggers that force people to stop scrolling.

High Agency & Communication Muscle:

- You take absolute ownership over data-backed results and possess the interpersonal maturity to flawlessly project-manage both internal technical teams and external global creator networks.
