Your Opportunity

As a Growth Partner, you will:

• Identify businesses that can benefit from Spotnxt
• Build relationships with founders and decision-makers
• Introduce Spotnxt to relevant businesses
• Understand their growth challenges
• Help create qualified business opportunities
• Work with our team to convert opportunities into customers

Compensation

100% Commission-Based | No Fixed Salary | Uncapped Earnings

The more qualified businesses you bring and successfully onboard, the more you earn.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong business network in Mumbai
• Connections with D2C, eCommerce, Shopify or startup founders
• Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, partnerships or business development is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-driven and entrepreneurial
• Comfortable working independently
• Motivated by performance-based earnings
