This is a remote position. Growth Operations Manager - Employer: Vulcury | Location: India (remote). Vulcury is an AI-focused venture studio and business-building organization developing ventures and helping businesses adopt AI-enabled models. Trustbridge, its first major manufacturing and supply-chain venture, will be the initial assignment. We seek a hands-on manager to run growth operations and supervise India-based junior resources across content, research, marketing, and creative production.

Responsibilities
- Manage junior resources, task assignments, deadlines, quality control, hiring recommendations, and SOPs.
- Execute demand generation, email marketing, supplier outreach support, nurturing, SEO implementation, content calendars, distribution, and reporting.
- Administer Zoho CRM/Campaigns, automations, segmentation, lead tracking, funnel reporting, and campaign attribution.
- Support Mexico supplier sales rep with prospect research, lead lists, CRM follow-up, and collateral.
- Introduce AI-assisted processes to make a lean team productive.
- Partner with Brand Editorial Director for creative specifications and approval, while retaining all personnel and production scheduling responsibility.
Qualifications
- Approximately 3-6+ years in growth/marketing operations and experience coordinating or managing others; hands-on CRM, email, SEO, outreach, and analytics; strong English; independence; ability to collaborate with US leadership; familiarity with AI tools. Zoho/B2B/manufacturing knowledge helpful.
Success
- Reliable operations, owned KPIs, better campaign delivery and growth pipeline, clean systems, and minimal founder supervision within 90 days.
