Growth Marketing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for the company's e-commerce platform.
• Manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other channels to achieve desired ROI targets.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing initiatives into overall business objectives.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field (e.g., digital marketing).
• Proven track record of developing successful lead generation strategies through various channels (paid & organic).
• Strong understanding of campaign execution, tracking, analysis, and optimization using Google Ads/AdWords.
• Experience working with data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to inform decision-making.
