Role Overview:
We're now looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager who can blend strategy, creativity, and analytics to drive user growth and engagement across our payment products. This is a critical role requiring strong strategic thinking, execution rigor, and comfort operating in an early-stage environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral channels.
- Plan and run digital campaigns (paid, performance, and organic) to drive user growth and engagement.
- Drive content strategy across business lines & user cohorts.
- Leverage analytics to track performance, identify insights, and optimize ROI across channels.
- Collaborate with product, design, and partnerships to align growth initiatives with business goals.
- Experiment with new growth loops and channels - test fast, learn fast, and scale what works.
- Build strong community and brand recall through targeted communication and engagement strategies.
- Drive measurable impact on user acquisition, engagement, and monetization metrics.
What We're Looking For:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, ideally in fintech, payments, or consumer tech.
- Proven experience running data-driven campaigns across digital channels (Google, Meta, affiliates, influencers, etc.).
- Understanding of user funnels, retention metrics, and growth experimentation frameworks.
- Content creation & editing skills are big plus.
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable with metrics, attribution, and marketing tools (GA4, Mo-engage, WebEngage, etc.).
- Experience working with PPI / UPI / Digital payment products is a big plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - able to work cross-functionally with product and business teams.
- Hustle mindset - thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership, zero-bureaucracy environments.
