Growth Marketing Manager

Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager Lead Generation (Solar/Energy)

Location: Bangalore 
About the Role:: We’re looking for a performance-driven digital marketer to own MQL generation for our solar/energy business. You’ll run demand-gen campaigns across paid, organic, and ABM channels, and manage the lead pipeline end-to-end. 

Key Responsibilities

* Own and deliver monthly/quarterly MQL targets for the solar business (C&I and utility segments)
* Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and email to drive qualified leads
* Build and manage lead scoring, nurture workflows, and lifecycle stages 
* Run and optimize ABM campaigns for target account lists
* Track funnel metrics (MQL SQL SAL) and report weekly/monthly on pipeline health
* Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality, follow-up speed, and conversion feedback loops
* Manage website landing pages, forms, and conversion rate optimization
* Coordinate with content/design teams on campaign assets (whitepapers, case studies, webinars)
* A/B test messaging, creatives, and channels to improve cost per MQL

Requirements

* 3–6 years in B2B digital marketing/demand generation, preferably in industrial, energy, solar, or manufacturing sectors
* Hands-on expertise with CRM (workflows, lead scoring, reporting) — certification a plus
* Strong grasp of paid digital (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and SEO fundamentals
* Experience with ABM tools and account-based campaign execution
* Comfortable with funnel analytics and CRM reporting
* Understanding of the solar/renewable energy industry and B2B buying cycles is a strong plus
* Excellent written communication for campaign copy and reporting
