About a minute. You'll make an account on the way through.

    About this role

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

    Demand generation and pipeline:

    • Marketing-sourced pipeline: qualified opportunities created, reported monthly, and carried as your primary number from month six.
    • Multi-channel campaigns across paid search and social, LinkedIn, email, and retargeting, aimed at a tightly defined ICP of enterprise revenue and delivery leaders in financial services.
    • The account and contact lists outbound runs on. You specify and QA them and partner with sales on sequencing, messaging, and handoff quality.
    • Landing pages, nurture flows, and lifecycle emails, from first touch through to a sales-accepted opportunity.
    • A disciplined experiment cadence: one hypothesis, one channel, an agreed budget, and a read on the result inside two weeks. Stop what is not working fast, and write up what you learned.
    • Honest campaign tracking. UTMs, source attribution, and funnel conversion, so the founders can trust the numbers in a board deck.

    Field marketing and events:

    • The event calendar: industry conferences, CXO roundtables, executive dinners, webinars, and partner sessions.
    • Each event from the target account list through invitations, speakers, the run of the show, and on-site execution to the follow-up that determines whether it paid for itself. Every event carries a meeting target agreed upon with sales before we commit to the budget.
    • Support for the co-founder on co-marketing with our ecosystem partners, including Google Cloud, and the follow-through that gets Provisa into their customer briefings and field events.
    • Support for founder-led selling: the assets and account briefings that make a 30-minute CXO conversation land.

    The copy that carries both:

    • The copy for your own campaigns and events is needed: emails, invitations, landing pages, and follow-up sequences.
    • Within campaign and event copy, translating a technical product into a language a CRO, CFO, or delivery VP would use to describe their own problem.

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years in growth, demand generation, or field marketing at a fintech or B2B SaaS company. Startup or scale-up experience preferred.
    • Run campaigns end-to-end and can walk us through one: what you were trying to move, what it cost, and what it produced.
    • Hands-on with a modern marketing stack: a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), marketing automation, paid platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, and analytics.
    • Worked on at least two events and owned at least one end-to-end, and you are not above the unglamorous logistics.
    • Write well. You will draft most of our campaign copy, and we assess this with a short writing exercise at stage two.
    • Comfortable with funnel maths: CAC, conversion rates, and cohort reads. You reconcile your own numbers before anyone else finds a discrepancy.
    • You take a direction and run with it. You will get priorities from a co-founder rather than a detailed brief, and we expect you to come back with a plan rather than a question.

    Nice-to-haves:

    • Marketing to enterprise or regulated buyers (BFSI, telecom, IT services) with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
    • Account-based marketing motions and tooling.
    • Exposure to AI, agentic, or data products, enough to hold a credible conversation about what ours does.
    • Partner or ecosystem co-marketing with hyperscalers, SIs, or ISVs.
    • Basic Figma, Canva, or Webflow fluency, so you are not blocked waiting on a page.
