About this role
What You'll Do
• Own CoIntervue's B2B growth and demand-generation initiatives.
• Build content for LinkedIn, website and other relevant channels.
• Create/coordinate posts, carousels, product videos, case studies and marketing creatives.
• Drive inbound lead generation through content, SEO, webinars, email and campaigns.
• Plan and experiment with Google/LinkedIn paid campaigns.
• Work with the SDR and Sales team to generate qualified opportunities.
• Create landing pages and sales/marketing collateral.
• Track leads → meetings → pilots → customers and optimize based on results.
What We're Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Technology / AI / HRTech marketing.
• Strong content and LinkedIn marketing skills.
• Hands-on experience with lead generation and demand generation.
• Understanding of SEO and performance marketing.
• Good copywriting and communication skills.
• Comfortable using tools such as Canva, AI tools, analytics and marketing automation platforms.
• Most importantly: a growth mindset and strong ownership of business outcomes.
This is a hands-on growth role — not a traditional social media marketing position.
