Role Description The Growth Marketing Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting Vettel Tech's marketing and growth initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the planning and execution of growth campaigns, conducting market and competitor research, and helping analyze performance data to generate insights. The intern will support content creation for digital channels, contribute to lead-generation activities, and collaborate with sales and project teams on outreach and engagement efforts. The role also involves tracking key metrics, preparing reports, and suggesting optimization ideas to improve conversion and retention. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with mentorship and opportunities to learn modern growth marketing practices.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal collaboration and external outreach.
• Interest or experience in growth hacking, including experimenting with channels, tactics, and funnels to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Foundational understanding of sales processes and comfort supporting lead-generation and prospect outreach activities.
• Basic project management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity about digital marketing (e.g., social media, email, content, performance marketing) and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, take initiative, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
