Growth Marketing Executive

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a growth-oriented, curious, and proactive marketer who enjoys experimenting, analyzing data, and finding new ways to drive business growth. Who can work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute SEO activities, including on-page and off-page SEO, to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
2. Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities for different industries and target audiences.
3. Perform basic technical website audits and identify SEO issues affecting website performance, indexing, and rankings.
4. Implement and monitor AI SEO (AISEO) strategies to improve search visibility and content performance.
5. Have a basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign structure, targeting, key metrics, and performance tracking.
6. Collaborate with the content, social media, design, and business development teams to support integrated marketing campaigns.
7. Stay updated with SEO, AI search, social media, content, and digital marketing trends and identify opportunities for growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, SEO, or a related role.
2. Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page SEO and AISEO
3. Hands-on or working knowledge of WhatsApp automation and email automation.
4. Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads, including key campaign metrics and performance indicators.
5. Basic understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
