About this role
What You Will Do
- Maintain and enrich a large lead database across multiple international markets by adding decision makers, contact details, company information, and outreach status using AI-powered research tools
- Update weekly commercial KPI dashboards with outreach, replies, calls booked, waitlist signups, and conversion metrics
- Manage and update the Notion workspace, including GTM pages, trackers, and handoff documents
- Monitor competitors across Germany, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and other markets
- Research industry events, prepare CEO discovery call briefs, support investor target research, and assist with campaign optimisation
- Use Claude, ChatGPT, and similar AI tools daily for market research, lead enrichment, reporting, and operational execution
What You Bring
- 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing operations, growth operations, business research, or data research
- Strong written English and structured communication skills
- Daily hands on use of AI tools for research and analysis
- Strong Notion proficiency, including databases, trackers, and views
- Good Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning
- Detail orientation, self directed execution, and strong ownership mindset
- German language knowledge, CRM experience, B2B SaaS or startup exposure, real estate or PropTech knowledge, and experience with lead enrichment tools will be strong advantages
