Accountabilities:: The Growth Marketer will own key aspects of paid social strategy, from audience insights and creative development to campaign management and client communication. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, creative execution, and relationship-building skills to help brands scale efficiently.

Research audience behaviors, customer pain points, objections, motivations, and desired outcomes through sources such as reviews, social communities, competitor advertising, and market research.

Develop detailed audience personas and identify messaging angles that resonate with target customers.

Create compelling ad concepts, hooks, scripts, and copy designed to increase engagement and conversions.

Guide creative production by providing direction on visuals, storytelling, and brand consistency.

Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, testing strategies, and optimization.

Monitor and analyze core advertising metrics including CPM, CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and CPL to understand campaign performance.

Identify winning creative strategies and use performance insights to continuously improve campaign results.

Translate marketing data into clear recommendations and growth opportunities for clients.

Lead client meetings, communicate strategy and results, and maintain strong ongoing relationships.

Maintain organized documentation, campaign updates, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a performance-oriented marketer with strong creative instincts, analytical ability, and confidence managing both campaigns and client relationships. They should be comfortable taking ownership, testing new ideas, and making data-informed decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create messaging that connects directly with target audiences.

Experience managing or supporting paid social advertising campaigns, particularly on Meta platforms.

Solid understanding of digital advertising metrics including CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA, and CPL.

Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make optimization decisions based on data.

Strong interest in creative strategy, consumer psychology, and understanding why certain ads perform.

Experience researching audiences through customer reviews, social listening, competitor analysis, or similar methods.

Ability to independently manage projects, communicate priorities, and proactively solve challenges.

Confidence leading client conversations, presenting strategies, and explaining performance insights clearly.
