    About this role

At Klaimee we’re building liability coverage for the mistakes and failures of AI agents. We are a Y Combinator company backed by insurance capacity from-rated Bermuda-based partner, which powers our first product: a warranty for AI agent failures. Every company deploying AI agents will need this. Nobody owns the category yet. We're a small, fast-moving team, and marketing is wide open. This is our first dedicated marketing hire - you'll own it end to end. The Role You'll own all of our marketing. Everything from writing a LinkedIn post to putting up a billboard is yours. We want someone scrappy, creative, and fast who treats marketing as a series of experiments - run a lot of them, double down on what works, kill what doesn't. This is a hands-on, do-it-yourself role, not a management role. You'll be executing daily, learning constantly, and building the playbook that our future marketing team runs on. What you'll own Content production - articles, blog posts, LinkedIn posts, and other written content that builds our brand and pipeline SEO & GEO - ranking us on search engines and getting us cited by AI/LLMs (generative engine optimization) Experiments - dinners, events, billboards, and other creative, unconventional bets to get us in front of the right people The "boring but essential" stuff - consistent posting, newsletters, keeping our channels alive and on-brand Measurement - tracking what's working and reporting on it honestly so we know where to lean in You might be a fit if you Are a generalist who wants to touch everything, not specialize in one channel Are genuinely creative and love coming up with weird, sharp ideas - and have the discipline to ship the unglamorous stuff too Write well and quickly Are comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out with little direction Move fast, are data-curious, and want to own outcomes Are early in your career but hungry to punch above your level Nice to have (not required) Prior startup or founding-team experience Experience with SEO tools, content workflows, or running paid/organic experiments A portfolio of things you've made, written, or launched (even side projects) This is a founding role with real ownership and room to grow into a marketing leader as we scale. Along with your application, send us a 2-3 minute video (Loom, phone, whatever) walking us through one thing you built or launched from scratch - where you had no playbook and figured it out yourself. Show us the actual thing. Tell us: what it was, why you made it, how you used AI or automation to move faster, and one part you deliberately did not automate because it needed a human touch. Rough and real beats polished and generic.

    About

Klaimee is the first insurance for your AI agents. It covers what traditional E&O and cyber explicitly carve out, so you can deploy agentic AI at scale with real peace of mind. Built for companies deploying agentic AI, self-serve from day one. The problem: AI agents are taking actions autonomously buying, emailing, modifying sensitive data. AB 316 already holds deployers liable. EU AI Act enforces in August. Cyber and E&O insurance are excluding AI claims. Companies shipping agents have zero coverage and no third-party proof their agent is safe. Enterprise legal asks "who pays if your agent breaks something?" and there's no good answer. We built the answer. Critical-category risk evaluation, certification, financial guarantee, liability insurance and the documentation enterprise procurement needs to sign off. Team: Ines (ex-General Manager at SafetyWing, grew insurance product from $5M to $60M revenue, 5 years launching insurance products from scratch and structuring a TokioMarine MGA into its own carrier) + Julien (AI software engineer + corporate strategy, enterprise compliance). We understand how insurance works, what enterprises require, and why startups can't wait 6 months for either.
