Growth Marketer Early-Stage Startup

An exciting opportunity with a fast-growing early-stage startup redefining operations in the India-US corridor. The company is led by passionate founders and is focused on building innovative solutions in the B2B SaaS space.

What You'll Do

• GTM Experimentation: Collaborate closely with founders to design, test, and scale new go-to-market strategies across inbound and outbound channels.
• Content & Lead Gen: Create engaging content (emails, social, landing pages, lead magnets) that drives leads. Build inbound funnels and tailor materials for different platforms.
• Playbook Development: Identify what works for different customer segments and build scalable processes and playbooks.
• Trendspotting: Stay updated on B2B marketing and sales trends and bring new ideas to experiment with.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A natural problem-solver who thinks from first principles and loves experimentation.
• Strong written communication skills — clear, impactful writing with a good sense of design.
• 3+ years of experience in a growth role (bonus if you've worked with early-stage startups in the India-US market).
• Creative, resilient, and determined — you don't stop until you find what works.
