Growth Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue growth in the life sciences industry.
• Manage key accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and upselling/cross-selling products/services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new initiatives and campaigns that support business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform data-driven decision making.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the life sciences industry.
• Proven track record of developing successful growth strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of RFP processes and ability to manage large-scale projects from start to finish.
