Growth Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations to ensure smooth operations in the power sector.
• Manage tenders, proposals, and contracts with government entities to secure new business opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance on government liaisoning matters to senior management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective communication strategies for engaging with government stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 4-19 years of experience in government relations or a related field (power industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes, including tendering procedures.
• Excellent networking skills for building relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies.
• Ability to analyze complex legislative frameworks and provide practical solutions.
