As Growth Manager, Mobile, you will own the growth engine for our iOS and Android apps end to end. This is a builder role, not a maintenance role. You will be responsible for the full mobile funnel, from the moment someone discovers us on the App Store to the moment they become a paying, retained subscriber, and every experiment in between.

You will bring a consumer growth playbook to a product-led B2C motion: sharp on acquisition, obsessive about activation and retention, and fluent in the mechanics of app store subscriptions. You will work at the intersection of product, design, lifecycle marketing, and analytics, and you will be measured on real business outcomes, not vanity metrics.

You will report to the Head of Mobile and work closely with iOS and Android engineering, product, design, lifecycle marketing, and finance. As we scale, there is a clear path to lead and build out a dedicated mobile growth pod.

What we're looking for

Experience with a product-led (PLG) motion, or growing a B2B app used by individuals and small teams, is a bonus but not required. What matters most is that you have grown a real consumer mobile product and know how the levers connect.
