As our first growth hire, you will own the entire outbound engine. You'll spend your days on LinkedIn, identifying newly launched startups, and engaging founders through cold DMs and emails. Your primary goal is booking discovery calls for the founders, driving expansion for a fast-moving, two-person studio specialized in YC-backed ventures.
