About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Intern who is curious, proactive, and excited to learn how businesses grow through digital marketing, social media, outreach, research, and experimentation.

You will get hands-on exposure to real growth activities rather than only theoretical learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Research potential clients, markets, industries, and competitors.
• Identify new opportunities for business growth and lead generation.
• Assist with social media and content distribution.
• Support LinkedIn and other online outreach activities.
• Research and build relevant prospect lists.
• Assist in testing different growth and marketing strategies.
• Track outreach, engagement, and campaign performance.
• Analyze what is working and suggest improvements.
• Support the marketing team with day-to-day growth experiments.
• Maintain organized records and reports of assigned activities.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.
• Good research and communication skills.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google, social media, and basic online tools.
• Curious mindset with a willingness to experiment.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, or similar tools is a plus.
