Axibyte is a software development and AI automation company based in Gurugram. We build custom business apps, AI automations, web/mobile products and MVPs for Indian SMEs and early-stage founders.
About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Intern to own our presence on X, LinkedIn, Reddit and Instagram. This is a hands-on social media marketing role. You'll plan, create, post, engage and report on what's working.
What You'll Do
- Plan and run content calendars across X, LinkedIn, Reddit and Instagram
- Write posts, threads, carousels, captions and short-form video ideas for each platform
- Grow followers, reach and engagement for the team's personal accounts
- Engage daily through comments, replies, DMs and relevant communities and subreddits, without spamming
- Spot trending formats and hooks early and adapt them to our brand
- Track weekly metrics (followers, impressions, engagement rate, profile visits, inbound leads) and share insights
- Run experiments with new formats and double down on what works
What We're Looking For
- Proof of growth: you've grown at least one account (personal, brand, client or a page you started) and can show before/after numbers
- A clear understanding of how each platform's algorithm and culture differ, especially Reddit
- Sharp, simple writing. You can turn a topic into a post people actually read
- Working knowledge of Canva/Figma and basic video editing (CapCut or similar)
- Self-driven, consistent and comfortable with numbers
- Bonus: interest in tech, startups, SaaS or AI; experience with scheduling or analytics tools
Must Include With Your Application
- Links to the accounts you've grown
- For each account: starting followers → current followers, the timeframe, and your best-performing posts
- Analytics screenshots (impressions/engagement) where possible

Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance)
