Growth Intern (Marketing + Creator Relations)

Elara is an AI personal stylist with 6,000+ users, all earned without paid ads. Now we want to grow faster, and a lot of that will come from creators who genuinely like the product.

This role is half marketing, half creator partnerships. You would own how we find, talk to and work with fashion creators, and help turn their content into growth.

What you will do

• Find fashion and lifestyle creators who fit Elara, from micro to mid-size
• Write outreach that sounds like a person, and follow up without being annoying
• Manage creator relationships end to end: briefs, timelines, content tracking, payments
• Track what works (signups, saves, shares) and tell us what to double down on
• Support social and community campaigns with ideas and execution
• Keep a clean tracker of every creator conversation

You might be a fit if

• You have spent time on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube and can tell good creator content from filler
• You write clearly and have good follow-through
• You are organized enough to juggle 30 conversations at once
• You are comfortable reaching out to strangers
• You have run a page, community or campaign before, even a small one

What you get

• A paid internship (INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month, based on experience and skill)
• Real ownership of a growth channel, not coffee runs
• Direct work with the founder
• A portfolio of results you can point to

To apply: Email [HIDDEN TEXT] with the subject Growth Intern. Include a short note on one creator you would pitch Elara to and why. Please write it yourself.
