About GOODAIR GOODAIR is the world’s first and only non-electric car air purifier, trusted by customers across 16+ countries. With over 132,000 customers and a rapidly growing D2C presence across Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces, we are entering our next phase of data-driven growth. We are looking for a highly experienced Growth Intelligence Consultant to help us transform years of business data into actionable insights, build a robust decision-making framework, and create a scalable growth strategy for the future.
Your Mission You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to analyze our historical business performance, identify growth opportunities, and design a data-driven roadmap that will shape GOODAIR’s next phase of expansion.
Key Responsibilities * Analyze historical sales, customer, marketing, and operational data. * Build executive dashboards and KPI reporting systems. * Conduct customer segmentation, cohort analysis, RFM analysis, and customer lifetime value (LTV) analysis. * Evaluate customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, retention, and repeat purchase behavior. * Analyze Shopify, Amazon, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, CRM, and other business data sources. * Identify growth bottlenecks and recommend high-impact improvements. * Develop sales forecasting and demand planning models. * Build marketing attribution and channel performance frameworks. * Design a complete Business Intelligence (BI) reporting system for leadership. * Present strategic recommendations directly to the CEO and senior management. * Create a 12–36 month data-driven growth roadmap.
Required Experience * 7+ years of experience in Growth Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Strategy, or Commercial Analytics. * Experience working with high-growth D2C, Consumer, Retail, or E-commerce brands. * Strong understanding of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM platforms. * Expertise in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and data visualization. * Experience with customer analytics, retention strategies, marketing attribution, forecasting, and executive reporting. * Excellent communication and business presentation skills.
Preferred Experience Candidates with experience at companies such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Swiggy, Zepto, Unilever, P&G, Razorpay, Deloitte, EY, Accenture, or similar high-growth organizations will be highly preferred.
